I did a mobile order. I was handed my drinks which were spilling and told to pull forward to wait on nuggets. When I was handed my food, it was missing a medium fry but the lady had already went back in and the inside was closed. I had to pull back through drive thru and wait. When I finally got the fries home, I saw they weren’t full and were cold.
This is why people are done with this store. We were just up there. We were the one getting just 10 hash browns because that's all my grandkids will eat. I was asked to pull up even though no one else was in line. I asked the woman can you ask the person who brings it out if she can wait until I count them because we are tired of wasting time and gas to go back when something is missing.
