These people will legitimately argue you over sauce, even when you say you will pay for it,I made an order on the app, I go to McDonald's all the time with my kids all over, sauce has always been free on the app and this is the only one that will not give me what I order & then just be outright rude. Today I used some points to get a Happy meal and they forgot to give me a straw, I wasn't even going to complain about the fact that they didn't give me the sauce because I didn't feel like fighting over sauce today, I had to wait an extra 3 minutes for a straw because this girl thought that I was going to ask for sauce.That's really extreme are you fighting your employees over this or something? I have had more than five experiences where I've been yelled at or treated rudely over sauce, please be better because this is really just obnoxious and I'm going to continue coming to this McDonald's because it's so close but if it doesn't stop I'm going to start complaining to corporate every single time.

I did a mobile order. I was handed my drinks which were spilling and told to pull forward to wait on nuggets. When I was handed my food, it was missing a medium fry but the lady had already went back in and the inside was closed. I had to pull back through drive thru and wait. When I finally got the fries home, I saw they weren’t full and were cold.

This is why people are done with this store. We were just up there. We were the one getting just 10 hash browns because that's all my grandkids will eat. I was asked to pull up even though no one else was in line. I asked the woman can you ask the person who brings it out if she can wait until I count them because we are tired of wasting time and gas to go back when something is missing. I asked the woman that brought them out if she could wait until I count them, she said there is 10 in there I counted them myself. Well sorry if I wanted to make sure first but she was rude and even had a damn mean face as she was going back in saying I'm not standing out here. Now I'm completely done with your store all because of no customer courtesy.

Went to McDonald's at 3:00 we got a chicken nugget , fries, two cheeseburgers with no ketchup quarter pounderand two pies we got home two cheeseburgers had ketchup everywhere husband went back to McDonald's to get cheeseburgers without ketchup, then had to go back agian because they gave us no chicken nuggets gave us cookies instead in the chicken nugget box!!!!!The workers are so rude and unprofessional will never go there again!!!!!!! If I could give them zero Stars I would!!!!

I placed a mobile order for my family last night 40 nugs and 2L fry(extra salt) with a shake all of the nugs were cold hard and old the fries had no salt on them we were going to get a replacement but it was getting late and my family was hungry. We eat our sad meals, come the morning we are all throwing up McDonald’s. I was just tryna feed my family for cheap because this was all we had. On the plus side the ice cream machine was working so the shake was good and the employee gave me extra sauces to go with the nugs. What a disappointing experience $17 wasted.

Absolutely ridiculous 2 times I've went here about 8pm and was told they don't sell hamburgers after 7pm when asked what they do sell I was told French fries thats it smh I'm sure it's lazy employees with poor managers why stay open if your not selling food I'm sure the owner would be very angry to find this is happening but the best of all was the Absolutely horrible attitude the employee on the microphone I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN go to the one up on michigan and wayneUpdate: decided to give it another try using the mobile app asked for 4 hamburgers no onion and got 4 cheeseburgers that said hamburger no onion on the stickers they swiped the onions off into the wrapper they were all over the bun smh
