Ordered online for in store pickup. When I approached the counter and let them know the cashier just pointed at the rack and walked away. When I got home I realized they forgot half my kids meal, no meat for the tacos, no side of brown rice and no drink!
I've been trying to talk to someone on the phone for over a half hour. They WONT answer the phone. My food was COLD and part of order was missing! It was a delivery because I'm at work and can not leave for lunch. They will be cold by the time I get off work.Do better!Food was okay, but frankly, cold tacos do not taste good.And too expensive for what I received.

Absolute worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. And it’s the closest to me, great! First off, customer service is horrible. I used to work fast food in high school and a major part of our training was customer service.So upon walking in, no one greets you or even looks at you for that matter.
