Last week the manager stated it was a new policy that their regional mandated that this location must upcharge for RICE on a quesadilla.Today I went to order the same thing, they drizzled chicken on the tortilla then drizzled cheese. I told her “This is a quesadilla, it needs cheese to make it a quesadilla….”I was charged HIGHLY for a tortilla, 3/4 cup of rice. Then had a attitude when I asked for my toppings.These are two bad experiences I’ve had this month. I’ve been visiting this location for 10 years. Today may definitely be the last.They slapped the food on our plates like we were homeless. Feeding us scraps! It’s was simply humiliating.I stopped eating and took this picture of what was inside. Basically eating tortilla and scraps. I don’t understand.

Absolute worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. And it’s the closest to me, great! First off, customer service is horrible. I used to work fast food in high school and a major part of our training was customer service.So upon walking in, no one greets you or even looks at you for that matter. At the counter looking at the menu, still no contact. Done looking at the menu and waiting for order to be taken, still no contact. They’re walking around talking as if I’m not there. Finally as if I’m interrupting them, a lady walks up and says ‘what do you want?’ Seriously? That’s how you greet me? I give my order and she begrudgingly starts making it. Being the friendly person I am I try to make small talk but she ignored me and started talking to her coworker.If someone doesn’t have customer service skills, why would you hire them? If they were my employee, they’d be gone.Separate encounter, walk up to go in and the door is locked but there’s 4 people inside working. I try to get their attention but they are trying not to look. Finally I bang on the glass and they just look at me and point to a bowl she’s making. So I guess they’re only taking online orders? This honestly is the most disrespectful thing a place could do. Maybe slow down on the online orders and actually do what the place is there for, wait on customers in person! This was at 6pm!

Ordered online for in store pickup. When I approached the counter and let them know the cashier just pointed at the rack and walked away. When I got home I realized they forgot half my kids meal, no meat for the tacos, no side of brown rice and no drink!

I've been trying to talk to someone on the phone for over a half hour. They WONT answer the phone. My food was COLD and part of order was missing! It was a delivery because I'm at work and can not leave for lunch. They will be cold by the time I get off work.Do better!Food was okay, but frankly, cold tacos do not taste good.And too expensive for what I received.
Food was great but I am disappointed they don't have Beyond meat anymore.

We ordered burritos and tacos... it was a microwave heated tortilla, the meat was over cooked and you couldn't even see or taste the sour cream. Taco shells were something we could buy at the grocery store and make better ourselves. We spent $50 on this and not happy..

this is by far the worst Qdoba I've been to, they have terrible customer service a strange smell inside anytime I go. and they don't open on time, I had to wait until 11:15 just for the lady to open the doors when they open at 10:30 and she seemed to bring her personal problems to work
