Even IF I didn't love Frank's pizza (which I do), I would come back just for the service. I ordered a pick-up and the hostess/server approached me with utter humility and offered to remake my order since she didn't think it was okay (there was an excess of sauce). Not only that, but while I was happily waiting the 20 minutes in my car, she, very expectantly, walked my order out to me in a blizzard in a t-shirt! Over all it's ok, but here we are a couple of years since it was remodeled, etc and it was said that they would be keeping the original recipe for thier pizza. The simple answer is No Way. The original sauce was so flavorful and unique that it was put on lightly. The cheese was different as well. The crust was still pretty good. The new is ok, but really miss the original.

My whole family has been going here for 3 generations now. Since the new ownership, food is not the same. They got rid of all of their pasta dishes initially, and when they started reintroducing pasta, it tastes nothing like it used to. Now they're adding all sorts of bar food that isn't remotely Italian and nobody is asking for. This has been a massive letdown and I wouldn't recommend Frank's to anyone anymore.
