“This place is a hidden gem! My fiancee wasn't feeling well and wanted some fresh juice. His request was pretty detailed where he wanted lots of different items. He accommodated so kindly about it too! I got a chicken ceasear wrap and it was the best chicken wrap I have ever had. “Corporate event here and they were very accommodating . The manager did an excellent job and was very respectful. Overall great job. Food was good, we had a classic menu and some of the dishes were done really well. The beef in particular was excellent, not over seasoned just simple and cooked correctly. Only future request is for the scallops to have one side seared to create multiple textures. The scallops lacked that good sear which holds on to some of the delicious flavors of the butter and salt without that it really became a bland scallop. Regardless we would still eat here again. Good service, nice people and a good enough variety on the menu.“

“Stopped by to order two drinks— lemon mint and honey avocado. The service was quick and we got the fresh drinks under 5 minutes. The lemon mint had a lot of fresh mint and was kind of like a slushee because of the amount of crushed ice and sugar. The honey avocado was smooth and definitely more filling. While we were waiting for the drinks, got a glimpse of the fresh fruits. All the fruits looked fine other than the strawberries which were covered with white mold. Would not recommend any of the strawberry drinks after seeing the strawberries.“

“My brother in law found this place because he was diagnosed with diabetes, he likes the sweets and their keto cookies are amazing. They have all sorts of sweet baked goods, but the cookies and the keto cheese cake will take the edge off for the sweet baked goods cravings. This is a neat neighborhood business that is clean, offers great goods and the service is very friendly. Give them a chance and you will discover that you will not be disappointed.

“Stopped here after yoga on my birthday to grab a smoothie. I got the berry one and boy was it delicious!!! It took a little bit of time to make, but that’s just because only one real nice lady was behind the counter. Service was great. She was out of lids for the cup, but told me about that so I could be careful with it. My smoothie was refreshing and tasty - and it was under $8. I’d definitely come back here!

“This place was so nice! I was greeted by Fatima with a big smile. She was so nice and pleasant. Loved this because right away, she makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. I'm a waffle cone person. They had multiple flavored waffle cones which was really nice and unique! They had a nice selection of ice cream flavors. I ordered the pistachio waffle cone with pistachio ice cream. OMG!!! This was delicious and I will be going back. My whole experience was pleasant there.“

I love the Belle Island smoothie. I add the adaptogenic mushroom mix to mine for an additional cost. Other add ons include electrolyte hydration boost, maca, pea/whey protein, hangover helper, immune booster, etc.

I haven’t tried much of their food menu, but if you want a good snack, I always enjoy the power bites — made with sunflower butter, date, goji berry, oats, chia, date syrup, and sea salt. Delicious! :)“
