This morning, I arrived at the coffee shop about 7:30 am. The coffee shop looked like it was closed.Ladies were giggle, NOT paying attention to what they were doing, coffee was NOT hot and they missed one or two drive-ups. Because the store looked close. Happy Greeting were not there at all.Order was made correctly but the coffee was not Hot at all.

I ask them was there any caffeine in there herbal tea they told me no which I found out it was 27 grams of caffeine which I’m highly upset there should be drinks with no caffeine I would not be spending any of my money at Biggby
The place has gone down a bit over the years. It doesn't have that warm, inviting atmosphere like it used to. Staff was so-so. Had to ask for straws, napkins...they used to have that all available in the back. While we were in the shop for a few hours, the line of people waiting for their drinks was insane. I think I would have walked out and gone somewhere else for coffee. This was on a Friday morning, I think. We got there around 7:30 am, which was just before the line of people.Dietary restrictions: Lots of dairy free, low sugar, no sugar optionsParking: If you come early there shouldn't be a problem with parking. But the lot does fill up fast.

The last two times I’ve ordered here the cream cheese for my bagel has tasted off/sour. There’s no expiration date on the little tubs they give you so I don’t know if they were expired or not? Drink was good, just slow service and instead of them holding the card reader for you or taking your card, they hand you the entire card reader and tell you to answer the question before putting your card in so you have to juggle that and put your card in?? I don’t want to handle that card reader that every one else has handled before I get my drink/food handed to me

My morning started out kinda rough so I thought I’d get breakfast and a coffee to try and make the most out of it. I was immediately greeted by two of the most friendliest girls i’ve ever met. Chloe took my order and was so sweet and patient as I am pretty indecisive. She helped me make a decision based on what I like and was overall so helpful. Kennedy made my drink and I swear my Biggby has never hit this hard. It was honestly one of the best drinks i’ve had in a while. While I was waiting she initiated conversation and it ended with us both laughing. Top tier service and can’t wait to come back :)
