The place has gone down a bit over the years. It doesn't have that warm, inviting atmosphere like it used to. Staff was so-so. Had to ask for straws, napkins...they used to have that all available in the back. While we were in the shop for a few hours, the line of people waiting for their drinks was insane. I think I would have walked out and gone somewhere else for coffee. This was on a Friday morning, I think. The last two times I’ve ordered here the cream cheese for my bagel has tasted off/sour. There’s no expiration date on the little tubs they give you so I don’t know if they were expired or not? Drink was good, just slow service and instead of them holding the card reader for you or taking your card, they hand you the entire card reader and tell you to answer the question before putting your card in so you have to juggle that and put your card in??
