You should not be telling delivery drivers to go thru the drive thru when the pick up instructions in the app tell them to go to a pick up stall and push the red button. I know you have the ability to change those intstructions in your tablet. Your employees are very argumentative. And when I did go thru the drive thru I was told you had no order for the customer I had. So my guess is that someone stole the order. The delivery company I contract with canceled that order. So basically your business lost money from that order.

My husband and I went to Sonic. Pulled up to order only to to be told drive through only due to a staff of 3 at the time. No biggie, except there were only 3 cars ahead of us in line and we waited 1/2+ before able to place our order.We purchased fries with our 2 meals, both had nasty dried out tater tots. I ordered onions on my coney dog. There were none.With today's prices and inconvenience of definitely no fast food that day. It was not a great experience.At least the food was hot and good.Disappointed customer
Jake is the most unprofessional rude person ever. His customer service skills are terrible. Please find a more patient and or professional person to run your drive through, his behavior and all interactions with a customer comes off as being very sarcastic, his attitude is terrible should I mention again.

Not only was the food not worth the $60 we paid but the service was terrible! They didn't want to give us half the food we ordered, the server was extremely rude about bringing out the order, everything was missing stuff. The 4 piece mozzarella sticks were only 3 in every order. (We had 6 people we were buying for and all of them wanted mozzarella sticks) the burgers were made incorrectly and didn't have cheese and the pulled pork sandwich is a complete rip off. I got pictures of the order but it won't let me post them with this review I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
