“Normally I leave pictures, but I forgot tonight, my bad, I still wanted to leave a review because our waitress Cam was amazing, not just pleasant and helpful but a delight! I had steak salad, it's always done the way I like, my hubby had a burger and fries, tasty, and we took a To go for our daughter, classic Italian sub with fries, Cam put it in at the right time so it was nice and hot walked out the door!“

“Came in between lunch and dinner hours with two toddlers. Waitress was attentive, food was great for the price. But, what really impressed me was the kindness shown by the staff to my children who gave them each a stuffed animal and some tokens for the crane game. A+“

“There's only one burger I get when I go here. The Hatch Chili burger. IT'S EXCELLENT!!!! I did get some wings on this visit. 6 bone in lemon pepper rub wings. They were okay. Had a mild sterno fuel like taste to them. Plenty of beer choices and friendly staff.“

“Great place for food and drinks. Very chill environment and I've been coming since they opened. Favorite place in town by far. They have amazing burgers. I know it's picky but had to give food only four stars due to the ranch there. Love ranch dressing and I can honestly say it's the most watered down flavorless one I've had in 43 years. Thicker .“

“Fastest restaurant I've ever received my lunch. However when I called ahead to order and talk to the AI it said it would be available for pickup in 35 minutes.. (1 order of mozzarella sticks) But, since I was working next door and walked over and ordered food and it was ready within 5 minutes. The actual restaurant is in A+ but the AI is total failure, especially considering there was at least 3 people working there that could of answered the phone and took my order and gave me a real actual time to pick it up.. if I wasn't next door I would have hung up on AI and went somewhere else.. Nobody wants to talk to a fake person when they're trying to get their food. Zero stars for the AI.“

“While drinks in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids have kind of gotten out of control, you can always count on Putt Putts for a good drink at a reasonable price and a low-fuss atmosphere. If you want to just grab a drink with friends, you can't go wrong.“

“Walking by and spontaneously decided to get a pizza to take back to the hotel (Tuesday evening 5:30) . The host kindly directly me to the takeout counter. The very friendly young man took my order, everything came out perfectly. I was glad he offered utensils because I forgot to ask. We got the thin crust pepperoni - it was fantastic! Crispy edges, nice cheesy pull, great taste. Very glad we stopped. Great service and food!“

“Came to this location for the first time a little while back. It has a typical sports bar feel. The drinks and appetizers were fast and fresh. Our main dish was made fresh and promptly as well. Our server was friendly, and it was an overall good experience.“

“Brittany was amazing, she gave our group of 15 top notch service. Not only did she pop it, lock it, and polka dot it; but she dropped it to the floor and became one of the people in our special birthday group. The entire time we were here she was so attentive, funny, sassy and sweet. A sour patch kid in human form, my partner and I will be back for Brittany. Brittany got the birthday boy two sides of extra shrimp, got everyone multiple rounds of drinks, and entertained us with parts of her life making it a full experience. That may sound silly but it means a lot. Go see Brittany at the bar, I bet she would save your pet like she saved our feral birthday boys dinner.“

“The employees Stephanie and Anna run this place phenomenally. I mean, the deals and specials they run, the way they treat customers and make people feel at home. These two keep the place alive!!!My girlfriend moved in near by months ago, and spend tons of time there just for the delicious fair priced food, awesome drinks and fantastic atmosphere. “Holidays are hard if they hit capacity before you arrive. Go early. Miss the days where there were reservations available but post-covid...adjust positively right?! “First time at this Big E's downtown and we had the best experience ever. Our server was amazing and very nice!! The food was exceptional!! One of the best chilis I've ever had, full of flavor and tasted so good!! The salad also was delicious as well!! My husband had the Big E burger and chips plus chili!! “We ordered delivery today due to our car breaking down this morning and had the door dash driver take our meal! Applebees helped us tremendously in remaking our very expensive order and was so kind about the entire situation. I’m so happy with how they handled it. Be careful ordering doordash, but definitely will be coming back here to enjoy dinner with the fam!! Thanks to Ashton on the phone with me who was so kind and helpful, you are the goat“

“The best place to eat in all of west Michigan! It doesn't matter if you're with a group or solo, they always make you feel welcomed like family! I love every location. “More of a sports bar than anything, at least that's the first impression upon walking on. Friendly and patient waitresses. Sitting at the bar is a blast. Great atmosphere. Delicious food. Perfectly made drinks. I'll definitely be back!“

“Love the food at Vitale's. Met a customer there the other day. We both had sub sandwiches, which were excellent. In the past, I have had their pizza and enjoyed that as well. The service was good, and the food arrived quickly. It's definitely a great place to eat, and a go-to for me when I am in the area!“

“I visited Uccello's Ristorante- East Beltline on a work trip recently and thought this was a nice surprise. The atmosphere is a sports bar type atmosphere. The menu looks to be very diverse but we both actually settled on the Seafood Risotto. As I have seen on some other reviews, the portions of this dish were enormous but I did find a silver lining in the portion size. It allowed us to concentrate on eating all of the seafood out of the dish and just leave the rice that we could not eat. Since we had a three-hour drive ahead of us we really didn't want to pack it up for the next day.I have to say the dish was amazing! It came out of the kitchen PIPING HOT and the sauce/rice kept in the heat for almost the entire time it took to eat the seafood out of the dish.The garlic bread was really flavorful by itself but the sauce in the risotto ON the garlic bread was insane. I recommend the use of the garlic bread in this manner!Overall, I would recommend this spot and if I find myself in this area again I would love to try a pizza or another dish.“

“The DJ came back He makes all the difference and he's not creepy like some of the older ones who've came if I'm going to be honest, I love the holiday decorations they added so festive :) If they keep the awesome music playing we are STAYING. “Everything was mostly awesome but the workers at the bar do have attitudes and act they don’t want to be there . My visit was April 5th around 10-12. I told a friend about the place that been here and they said the same thing that they stopped going because of the bartenders attitudes aren’t that great. The attitudes made the experience bad“

“Update from the previous review: No more eat and play combos. Those were a huge money saver. They also are a lot more stingy on the game play coupons. They'll give you a bounce back coupon but they won't redeem them if you go in on a Wednesday. So getting game play is a lot more expensive now. They've also tweeked the win rates so you'll win less as well. Half price Wednesday's are the way to go. If you live close by stop in and use your coupons, then play on Wednesday.The game selection is good. Lots of new games always coming in, shooting games (time crisis, terminator, etc.), racing games (Mario kart, batman, etc.), pump it up and more. Plus tons of redemption/ticket games. Depending on how smart you are with your purchasing power and how much you want to spend and play, the price can be a lot or a little. I don't do a ton of the redemption games so I can play all night on $10.The food is decent but not enough to floor me. You can use game tickets to get appetizer and food coupons from the redemption center too. That's a huge plus for me.I love going here with friends and family of all ages.“

“Good organization to parking lot - separates pick up from eat in. Lots of inside seating and some seats at the bar. Service was great. Large menu - something for everyone. Full bar, good wine selection- lots of vee on tap and in cans/bottles.“

I’d recommend going here, me and my friends come in around the weekends usually and we never fail to have a great experience however. Sometimes we come across a host, she’s a shorter blonde girl, my friend overheard a conversation one week and we think her name is Kylie? She’s sweet ! However not as attentive as the others. She’s normally on her phone when we come in with her back turned to the door. This Applebees has always felt like home to us ! And we could care less if we see employees on their phones however she’s the only one who doesn’t make up for it by being ready you know?The carside is ALWAYS on top, The host are genuinely sweet and considerate, My favorites are the taller kid(I think his name is Cesar), and Andrew ! “Let's start off with wow. What a huge difference this place was since the last time I was here 10 years or so ago. Last time was a nightmare. The food was terrible. Service was worse, never did I ever think I was going to step foot back in this place, but lunch plans with some friends changed that and all I can say is what a change Jesus our waiter was awesome ? food was soooo freaking good I will most definitely be back now“
