At first I gave this store five stars but after I recently ordered food from this location via the BK app and never did get my food I attempted to contact the store as well as doordash to get my issue settled and I wound up waiting for hours to get either my food remade and sent to me or get my money back and now I I find out I'm not going to get either one I contacted the manager at this location several times and in the end the manager just hung up on me. This store is 100% unprofessional and I'm probably never going to come back if I'm not satisfied or if what happened to me is not fixed properly. So as a result I now give this location one star

No wraps no chess tots. The sandwich they did make. Were horrible waste of money. No better then garbage mcdonalds..won't come herr again. Don't recommend anyone waste there money here.

The manager Tiffany has been running this place for several years and it is an example of how a business should be managed and guided. The new fiery fish sandwich is my favorite along with the classic Whopper with cheese which I treat myself to rather sparingly but I have been chowing down on these fish sandwiches. I have had them made the same way at several locations but it is only at Tiffany's Burger King where I can count on getting it made correctly and properly with her coworkers delivering quickly and politely.

It had been nearly a year since my last visit to this location and today will be my last. Extremely understaffed and the help that was there was no help at all. The guy at the counter would rather rely on his kiosk to take an order and when it failed to take it properly, he looked at me as if I hadn't ordered anything! I haven't ever had an experience like this before and I won't again if I can help it. Unacceptable service for mediocre food. The employees name was Steven, and he was awful.

It's alright, as far as Burger Kings go. But you guys have got to stop doing that thing where you make customers pull forward ahead of the drive thru window. If you're busy and I ordered a lot of food, I'd get it. But you're going to do that when I'm just getting a couple of value menu chicken sandwiches and fries? And you're going to give the two cars behind me their food first? Come on. I understand this is done to manipulate the data the drive thru sensors collect, so you can trick the higher ups into thinking you're fulfilling drive thru orders more quickly than you actually are, but it comes at the cost of seeming inhospitable and annoying me and, I'm sure, everyone else.

After having a previous not acceptable experience, followed by rude customer service and having believed things were settled and resolved with said employee and since this is my hometown BK after having served afar for our beloved country this photo is what I'm glad it had a wet bun because its because of it having been wet moist that I opened it up to only see such a disgusting viewTomorrow I'll be speaking with the manager whom I previous had spoken to probably 4 months ago because of rude behavior in customer service

A Rarity

Not quite sure why they advertise their melts on dramatic display on the drive-through menu because when you ask for them, they tell you they are not only no longer serving melts, and also apparently do not have any sourdough bread. Such a letdown… the way that they have the picture displayed and the cheese melting just right definitely makes you a little upset when you can’t get one. Especially when it takes up half of one of the three displays. Nonetheless ended up still going through the drive-thru and my food was not only 100% not fresh considering they gave it to me within two minutes after ordering it but the fries had to at least have been setting out for over an hour. Will not be visiting this location in the future, unless things suddenly improve.

I've been going here for years and always get a Double Quarter pound king and now they say it's no longer available but they have a Double Quarter pound king with bacon so why can't they just give me what I want and just minus the bacon. So much for have it your way and you rule. I think McDonald's will be my go to for a Double Quarter pounder from now on.
