It had been nearly a year since my last visit to this location and today will be my last. Extremely understaffed and the help that was there was no help at all. The guy at the counter would rather rely on his kiosk to take an order and when it failed to take it properly, he looked at me as if I hadn't ordered anything! It's alright, as far as Burger Kings go. But you guys have got to stop doing that thing where you make customers pull forward ahead of the drive thru window. If you're busy and I ordered a lot of food, I'd get it. But you're going to do that when I'm just getting a couple of value menu chicken sandwiches and fries?
