We have stopped there for food for 4 or 5 times in the last 2 months. The first time they got the French fries for 3 meals. This time they forgot my husband's sandwich. Two of the employees were hugging. The young lady that waited on me this time was very kind, as have they all been. It is just very expensive to buy food there let alone not getting all of it.

In our family, both kids and parents love the food, especially having a gluten free bun option. Prices are a touch higher than other fast food options, but food quality seems better, too. Every Chik-fil-a I’ve been to has been clean and well managed. And they usually draw quite a crowd… for a reason! We aren’t the only ones who love this place. While busy, they clearly have good systems that move the line along quickly. Decor is clean, welcoming. and bright. And I really respect a company that is willing to go against the grain to treat their employees well, like closing on Sundays to give them a day off.

They got my order wrong twice, the “ice water” was pink. Instead of acting correcting the order, they just gave me the same wrong order twice, they don’t actually listen to anybody. Won’t be back, don’t recommend if you want good service. At least they gave me more food than I paid for lmao.

My first time eating Chick fil A..the fries were sooo good..the chicken was fresh and hot, the lemonade was delicious..I will go back..the customer service was also GREAT!! YUMMY???

They need to re instate the mask mandate for workers. I arrived at the store after spending the weekend at my lakefront mansion and none of the workers were wearing a mask while catering to me

Great food great service. However, if you happen to go to this particular location… Watch out for the “security guy”, as soon as you exit your vehicle, he is already starting to write you out a ticket. I got my food at Chick-fil-A with my receipt having a timestamp of 11:35 and after getting to my vehicle, and reading my fantastic citation, I see that the citation was written at 11:34 AM ! My meal cost $80 and I definitely will always choose Chick-fil-A but I will probably not be returning to this location. They need to specifically designate at least 5 to 10 parking spots specifically for Chick-fil-A customers.Parking: Parking is horrible. If you were lucky to find a parking spot in a Walmart size parking lot… You will find one in the very back and have to walk.

I had a really bad experience after eating here. Unfortunately, I got sick after eating a cobb salad and it was not pleasant. I'm doing my best to take care of myself, but it's been tough. I haven't seen a doctor yet, but I'm considering it. It might be a good idea to let the restaurant or health department know about what happened so that they can prevent future incidents. For now, I'm trying to stay hydrated and rest as much as possible.
Homophobia is dangerous and disgusting. Ask yourself if you support hate before ordering from this notoriously hateful restaurant.

Okay first of all, I got the kids meal (I'm 13) and you get the smallest portions possible. The service is okay... Oh yeah, my mom also mentioned that their really homophobic. I do not recommend.

They do not take gift cards which really is disappointing because i drove 20 minutes from umich to this location because it is the closest to ann arbor. I will not be coming back because I have a gift card to use and thats really the only reason I came out here

i was the first in line when they opened for the day and ordered 4 things (2 sandwiches and 2 12ct nuggets), paid for those 4 items ($37), and they only gave me 1 sandwiches and the 2 12ct nuggets.lost $10 of food. they can’t get an order right for the FIRST PERSON IN LINE
