So I order probably 3 times a week. Today 3.28.24 @ 6:29 pm your employee contact at the counter told me again that my pizza was messed up and had to be remade. Fine it happens everytime . I asked how long I will have to wait since this happens everytime. He responded with right away ill tell you when you check your attitude. Now as a customer I have a right to be upset which I was calm . I took out my ear bud and asked him to repeat himself. He said again when you check your attitude. Now I was very calm and askqueation on how long for my remake you messed up on. I cancelled my order and will never return with this employee there. DONTA @ dominoes on washtenaw by eastern is horrible and lost you lots of business

We are recurring customers to the Washtenaw ave and never have we felt more disrespected. The managers attitude was a joke and frankly apalling.We had made an order the day before and they gave us a raw pan pizza (check your pan pizzas guys, they obviously arent making sure our food is cooked), so rightfully so, we called in because we shouldnt have to recook it after we get it, and then they promised a new pizza. We pay for it to come cooked and ready to eat.Today we called in (as per the managers instruction), but when my husband got to the store he pretended he didnt know what he were talking about. Again, disgusting, vile behavior.If you read this dude just quit your job. You got a CUSTOMER SERVICE job. You dont like it, quit. What you wont get to do is bully customers you jerk.

The cashier and staff were very nice. However, I am extremely disappointed in the customer service from the manager, Brent. I ordered online and selected the option to pay in the store. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told I could not pay with a $50 bill. I asked if that policy was posted and was told it is not, but that it is the manager's policy. I explained that I was not pleased because policies such as that should be posted on the website and/or in the store and that I did not have smaller bills. I was told I would have to leave, go to a store or gas station (at night), or cancel my order. I passed many places I could have gone for change prior to arriving to the store had I known this policy. To not inform the customer until they are in the store, then do nothing to accommodate them or rectify the situation is incredibly poor customer service. I will not return after being treated so badly and with such disregard.Parking: Limited number of spaces.

I love this Domino's and the customer service, Mitchell the manager at this location makes it a point that all his customers get that personal experience and makes himself available for any questions comments and concerns. Never have to worry if it's done correctly no matter how minor the request they get it right every time! Keep it up guys! Thanks!

Generally, food flip flops between banger and ehhh but I’m reviewing about a specific experience today. I just had the worst experience with a driver who buzzed the doorbell 7 times all in rapid succession. I barely even got up before they started buzzing more after the first time and I’m not slow when moving. And my partner has a heart condition so now we’re sitting here trying to get their heart rate back down instead of eating our food. It was a contactless delivery so after buzzing them in I waited a little and it sounded like they literally tried to open the door? Like huh? Just called to complain, which I usually would not ever do, and the person who answered the phone didn’t even try to fake it like she was gonna do anything about it. You don’t gotta genuinely care I know it’s just your job girl but at least pretend to try to address the situation if you’re not actually going to?? Food is banger now that I get to try it after fifteen minutes though. Shoutout to whoever was cooking tonight.

I placed an order at 10:30 and waited for over an hour before I called. I asked the person I called when my pizza was going to be delivered and all he said was "let me check my driver's". No time was given and then after waiting for ANOTHER hour I get a text message that my order was cancelled. I have never had this happen before. I'm honestly shocked that the employee who answered just didn't say something about it being late or that my order could have been cancelled. It was a bad experience now I'm still hungry and also disappointed too.

Not a bad place! I usually get the XL Brooklyn style pizza, any other kind is just okay, but an XL brooklyn pizza is amazing. I ordered an XL yesterday and they gave me a Large, which wasnt as good. There's always coupons which is nice.

Everytime I order online and pick up in store the customer service is great I got greeted when I walked in the door and I did not have to wait very long for my order and they food was amazing

You can't order by phone; it disconnects. The pizza was awful. Spinach was a few scorched leaves on top. Don't know where the feta went and the fresh tomatoes were canned
