“Great first experience here. Super friendly dudes running the counter and kitchen. Very good burgers with tons of customizable options. They also have three options for vegetarian burger patties here (veggie, impossible, or falafel) which is excellent and I am excited to try them. I got a birthday batter milkshake and it's the best one I've had around here. Cheaper than a large Starbucks drink too. Thanks guys.“

“I would normally give this place five stars. I always buy hummus and the marinated chicken from the deli counter. I have always been extremely happy with their products and services until last night. I got a hummus and the guy made me pay at the counter for the hummus. I thought that was weird but they said they were different owners? Then I got my marinated chicken from the meat counter. It looked different than usual- it typically looks like there is yogurt in the marinade, this time it just looked oily. I figured maybe it's a different recipe? Anyhow, I got home, cooked my chicken and made some rice and a salad. The chicken was ok, not as good as usual, but not bad. But, the hummus...... HUGE disappointment! We normally eat the whole tray of hummus at dinner. This hummus had almost no flavor. It was definitely missing something. It looked beautiful as always with the red pepper and paprika and stuff on top. But, no flavor. I love this store and will definitely be back. This is probably a one off, or a recipe change and I hope the manager/owner sees this and corrects whatever happened. Could just be some new ppl cooking and need to adjust?“
“The people here re super nice! The nachos were only ok - would have liked the cheese to be melted instead of fresh and more lettuce and pico. The sweet potato and bean quesadilla was amazing. Would definitely come back to try other items since the reviews are so good.“
“Everything is great, portions are generous, and the employees are very friendly. I have visited many times and plan to visit again. The burgers are obviously good, but I also recommend the chicken as a great alternative.Parking: Never had to worry about the parking, lot is plenty big.“
“At the owner’s recommendation I had a lamb sandwich, which was delicious—super flavorful and had a nice heat/spiciness to it (which can be hard to find around here sometimes!). The owner is friendly and has an interesting story. Overall fantastic value (the price makes it possible to tip well :) ) I’ll definitely be back and look forward to trying other things on the menu!“
“I’d say to get takeout from here, since the dine in experience is a bit lacking but its fine.The fattoush salad is realllly good. I got the kafta too, was alright. I would say its a little dry but I did not eat it immediately. I honestly do not judge for not having stellar lamb, its hard to find.The service was quick and friendly. I’d definitely come back and their prices are extremely fair.“

“The most delicious & authentic falafel I have ever tasted in my LIFE (and I have been trying to find falafel like this in Michigan for 11 years now)We ordered last minute catering for a 100+ person event and Haifa Falafel was able to fulfill the order on time (extremely impressive) and everyone at the event went back for thirds and took food home with them. It was my first time ordering from here and was hesitant at first to place such a big catering order, but was pleasantly surprised and will now be a regular customer along with all the other event attendees :) so so happy with my order, the quality of the food, and the service!“
