I have ordered instore and delivery from this location quite a bit in the past 6 years. in store my order is usually right bit the people i deal with are just not friendly. When my order is delivery its usually wrong.ice in my pop when it says no ice in pop in capital letter. i say no lettuce somehow i get lettuce with no tomatoes. Its happened my last 2 delivery and few more in the past. I will say that they usually fix my order. Just sad they cant read whats on my ticket. Also they barley ever have their own drivers so they out source to door dash and they arnt any better no checking orders or looking at the driver instructions.

I placed a delivery order. They didn’t get the address right, I waited over an hour to get my food then drove myself to the shop to pick up my order when they stated a bike rider was bringing me my food and they had no way to contact him.

Honestly I thought they might have gotten their act together, but apparently not. I waited for an 1.5hrs for my “freaky fast” delivery through the app. Went outside to head up there to just get my food in person and my delivery was just sitting on my porch with drink in the the bag and on its side.The food was soaked, the app still just said the restaurant had “received my order” and I had to drive up with my soggy sad sandwich to get it remade since they didn’t answer any of the 5 attempted calls.Idk why I paid an extra $7 for this food for the experience of having to go in person with it just leaking Dr Pepper on my floorboards.They apparently outsourced my delivery to doordash but have no way of leaving feedback for the driver.0/10 learned my lesson.If I feel the need to get Jimmy John’s again I’m avoiding the location.
