Had to ask for help on the self serve kisock to order a burger without cheese. Stopped serving baked beans. Navigating the kisock is idiotic and nearly impossible. Might as well have me cook my meal too. Left disgusted and will never return.

The food was greasy, but that's what I was hoping for from steak and shake. Not a single vegetable in sight that didn't go on a burger. Shake was great, fries were a little under done for my taste. However, the place felt a bit dirty, the order kiosks were oddly placed, and the trash didn't seem to easily fit the tray liners.

Unfortunately, just like many other chain restaurants, this one falls short. There is no real customer service. You order your food on a kiosk. The menu options have changed, and they don't have many of the items we used to enjoy. The food was subpar at best, and the environment is just not what it used to be. It's definitely not worth the cost.

Love this place. One of the only remaining restaurants that doesnt overcharge. Food is high quality and is far superior to any other burger or fast food type

Service was poor, waited about 5 minutes after being seated to be helped. no napkins or forks, forgot our cookies, no bacon on the bacon cheese burger. food was decent. service seems to be terrible at any steak n shake we go to.Update 3/1/2020 tried to go here tonight again. Drive thru was blocked off with a chair and the lobby had roughly 15 people standing waiting to be helped. How is this place so poorly managed.Update 1/15/24This place has made a complete 180. Been here a bunch over the last year or two. Every time they are on point. Good service, fast
