The food was greasy, but that's what I was hoping for from steak and shake. Not a single vegetable in sight that didn't go on a burger. Shake was great, fries were a little under done for my taste. However, the place felt a bit dirty, the order kiosks were oddly placed, and the trash didn't seem to easily fit the tray liners.
Service was poor, waited about 5 minutes after being seated to be helped. no napkins or forks, forgot our cookies, no bacon on the bacon cheese burger. food was decent. service seems to be terrible at any steak n shake we go to.Update 3/1/2020 tried to go here tonight again. Drive thru was blocked off with a chair and the lobby had roughly 15 people standing waiting to be helped. How is this place so poorly managed.Update 1/15/24This place has made a complete 180.
