The food is decent if you don't have to wait for 40 minutes. The building itself is so dilapidated and dirty that it should be torn down!! Often there's nothing in the pop machine or 1 option.

Great location with a great staff! This location has made major improvements in the past year and it is very apparent! Occasionally you will get a sandwich that has been sitting in the warmer and you get bad tomatoes, but even with that, it still is worthy of 5 stars!

Worst fast food in Alexandria, MN. I went there the other day to order a Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich. They have the options of Bacon & Swiss or Spicy. I told them that I wanted the Spicy one with Bacon & Swiss... they told me they could add it but that it would be $4. That's when I told them that I wanted the Bacon & Swiss and add Spicy sauce. They told me that the sauce now was $4 to add. "Have it your way" what a terrible slogan...

This Burger King wasn’t a fun experience. The staff didn’t look happy to serve the customers and the place didn’t look clean. The service we had was slow. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere

I was in the dirtiest bathroom room in the world 25 years ago in Paris. I still tell stories about it. It was so disgusting. Now I’ll tell stories about the bathroom in this Burger King.

Ordered large onion rings. I may have gotten just enough to be considered a small. They were cold, soggy, & most looked like an onion fry. Getting tired of paying $12 plus for every fast food meal that sucks.

I think they took a serious hit during the covichondria panic. Staffing and service took a dive. I think at one point, one person was staffing the entire place when only the drive thru was open.Kid-friendliness: Has a playroom, but I don't know if they're allowing access to it again after covichondria.

Tried to order a frozen Fanta machine broken. No ice cream. What a dump!! Take some pride in your place and fix it up. The inside is as bad as the outside! Never coming back. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!

Frustrating that the big announcement board says "Lobby now Open", but we have yet to be able to come in, even for take out. We can't go through the drive through with a trailer.
