“Celebrated 2 Birthday’s and the food was fabulous. Started with a Blooming Onion which was very good. Shrimp skewers on seasoned rice was excellent along with fresh green broccoli and a salad which I took home. Portions are big. Enough for a second meal.And a complimentary ice cream sundae. Fresh made rolls were excellent as well. Service was superb. Fun place to celebrate any occasion The other 3 people at our table enjoyed the shrimp, 6 oz filet and salmon. Will definitely be returning. Very attentive staff!”

“Very good food, the chef is always trying something new which is refreshing instead of having the same items. They prevent their menu from getting stale like some many others. Stacey is amazing, not only a great bartender but she does so much more for Celts. The rest of the staff are really good too. Highly recommend”

We were quickly greeted & seated, our waiter was super attentive to us, and the food was amazing! We had the walleye, juicy lucy and (grilled) chicken pasta Alfredo. Will definitely go back for a date night to try some cocktails with my husband.”

“A local Rochester, MN restaurant chain -now branching out to a new location- Newt’s (Apple Valley) brings everything we love about the Rochester locations (GREAT burgers, beers, and unlimited popcorn!) to our little corner of the Metro. We were stoked when we heard Newt’s had arrived, and our first visit there certainly delivered. The food and atmosphere were excellent. Great service too! Welcome to our neighborhood Newt’s. “I love that they are close to home and the pizzas were great, but they are horrible with getting back to customers when there is an issue with an order. Less than a mile from our home and the pizza was cold upon delivery. Messaged and emailed the email listed and no response at all. Pretty much a one and done for us.”

“I love coming to Cowboy Jacks in Apple Valley! The staff is amazing and I love the food and happy hour specials. I also want to give a shout out to one of the managers, Calvin who intervened when he saw a man at the bar harassing me. I didn’t even have to ask him, but he could tell I was uncomfortable and asked the man to leave. “Yesterday my family celebrated my retirement with a family lunch at my favorite restaurant - Red Robin in Apple Valley. Most of the group had never been to a Red Robin but they are now big fans just like me. The food was exceptional, Heather (our server) was fantastic, and even though we were the only ones who knew it was a special occasion, we were treated to the highest level of customer service! Heather and everyone involved in our visit made my day. Thank you so much!”

“When I learned Tono's was coming to Apple Valley, I admit I squealed a little bit. It was very quiet, but I did and I'm not sorry! That's not an easy disclosure for a guy like me, but that's how great Tono's cheesesteaks and pizzas are. It was an agonizing wait until they opened, but after introducing the cheesesteaks to my wife, we've now had them for dinner two days in a row. I'm confident my business alone could keep them operating for a lifetime, but if you visit, you'll be hooked too!”

“Great ramen. Nice atmosphere but the lovely woman working the front made our day. She recognized my daughter was having a rough day and treated her with such kindness, she came around the counter and helped her choose what she wanted and gave her a squeeze. Our food was brought out right away and then Cat I think her name was hugged my crying daughter and whispered something to her and gave the stressed, short fused momma a hug too. Thank you for your kindness and reminder that I needed a little more patience. We will be back on a better day!”

“Rita’s Italian ice in apple valley is the absolute best in Minnesota. Their treats are always delicious and the staff are always so friendly. The owner Julia is so kind and friendly. She is very communicative and is always willing to make our requested flavors for us. She is the best. The water ice is just like it is in Pennsylvania and it is always a wonderful treat for us. My go to treat is usually a gelati with Mint chocolate chip cream ice and vanilla soft serve. It’s the best! Thank you apple valley Rita’s! And thank you Julia especially.”

“I went to meet a friend today at Apple Valley Perkins. The lot was full. I am disabled. Both senior citizen spots were filled. Three of us got there about the same time so we pulled into spots next to the senior citizen spots. One of the cashiers (long gray hair)came out throwing her arms up in the air and motioning for us to leave. I rolled down my window and she hollered, "THOSE AREN'T PARKING SPOTS!! THERE AREN'T ANY LINES!" She motions like she was making lines on the pavement The other two cars LEFT! I stayed ONLY because I was meeting a friend. SERIOUSLY? This is how you treat your customers? My friend showed up and she parked where I was going to park. The hostess was on the phone so she didn't control the parking. A while later, she came around to all the tables asking who owned the white vehicle out in the lot. We frequent Perkins a lot and have parked in those spots before with no problems. A walk from Petco is a little to much. Especially for a disabled person.”

“I love that this is not a franchise coffee shop. Their atmosphere is pretty unique and their coffee is really tasty! They extended working hours until 5 pm now. However, I would recommend to come for coffee in the morning as it is usually better. It depends who the barista is too! Last time I came at 2 pm and my cappuccino tasted exactly like brewed coffee with cream (why did I pay for my drink as a cappuccino? There was no foam whatsoever!) When I got to the coffee shop, the cashier was busy taking a phone order . Despite of 2 idling baristas, I had to wait for 5 min before anybody would start taking my order.”
