Had a $10 gift card, did the 6 bagels with a tub of cream cheese for $12.29. Total ended up being $15 something because no one tells you that the fun bagels are more. I wish they would advertise that for folks trying to budget. The person who took or ordered was kinda rude. I tried to hand him my gift card he pointed at the card reader I tried it a few times then reiterated that it was a gift card then he finally took it. They do not give an option on the pin pad to not tip there is a little posted note scribbled saying you can press 4 to not tip. They also didn’t give us or tell us to just grab our cream cheese. Had to go back in to get it. Over all love Bruegger’s Bagels but I would not come back to this location.

Not sure how this location stays in business with the horrible quality control and long wait times. They get orders wrong all the time. They also prioritize walk-in customers over internet orders so you wait and wait and watch people order and get there food when you put your order in 30 minutes earlier and sit at an empty table waiting for your food. I’ve been there 4 times in the last year and had issues every single time. It’s funny because we were driving past this location with some friends and told them the horrible service and they acknowledged that they also have the same issues and would never go back. Looks like we will never be back as well.

Specifically stated how I wanted the nova locks sandwhich left OPEN FACED as thats what my wife requested.Get back to the hospital with her one request being cut in half and not having the double portion of salmon that was ordered/payed for. extremely disappointed that simple instructions couldnt be followed.

This store really needs to be cleaned. There wasn't a clean spot anywhere. Counters, carpet front enter. Where is the owner. The Eagan store is alo filthy. Cleaning is not hard.

Their new ordering system sucks. I always get extra spread I get charged for it and never get the extra spread. And the order takes forever with their new system.
This place use to be the best back in the day to grab a quick breakfast on a Saturday morning. Now to get a simple bagel with cream cheese has become a 45 minute undertaking. The staff is so kind but the system to order is horrible. The online ordering isn’t any better for wait times. Hope they can turn it around and fast.

I used to work downtown Minneapolis and got fresh bagels every day from that location. Today I was craving a bagels and lox sandwich. The salmon was nice and flavorful, but the bagel was at least a day old if not two. Disappointing.

Bruggers used to be my favorite quick jump in grab a bagel breakfast sandwich and get out of town. Not now. Since your new system’s been in order, my bagel has been wrong every order. And one of the most frustrating is ordering something and then getting my order and they don’t give me the right bagel because they ran out. The old system you know if there was that bagel or not. Boo. Won’t go back until they change it back to how it was.

This place used to be awesome. Then they stopped controlling quality. I usually order a big bagel bundle and find this after I get home. And I see bagels like this quite often these days. Please don’t sell this kind of bagels to customers.
