Usually have an all around good experience at Chuck Fil until I came to this Apple Valley location on 3/21/24. I ordered my food though the drive thru window. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a side of fruit. Told the drive thru person specifically and thought I made myself clear that I was allergic to apples and after him responding yes to everything & receiving my order I got to my destination only to find my fruit cup 3/4 full of apples. Clearly he didn’t listen very well and responded yes for nothing. Plus the chicken sandwich was dry and disgusting. This establishment is truly the worst one!

Pulled into the drive thru to get some dinner, there was about 7 cars ahead of on each side of the drive thru. I only waited in line from start to finish for about 10mins. He sprinted two blocks so my son doesn't miss out on his sandwich which was in the second bag that we forgot to pick on the drive-thru....he sprinted two blocks... this is the owner-operator of the franchise. What a commitment!! He set an example for my 13 year old son as to what commitment to your customers should be. If this kind of a guy doesn't succeed in his business and life, I don't know who will. If I ever have to buy chic-fil-a, I am only coming to this franchise even if I am in the other part of the town. The example he set for my son today, will feature in my son's assignment on commitment.
The servers were super friendly and helpful. The food came quickly and was wonderful. And they even took our trash for us. Such a great experience.
