“Haven't eaten at KFC in years. I thought I would stop and pick up dinner. Ordered the 2 wraps for $5 deal, a chicken sandwich, cole slaw, and fries. I found the wraps to be a waste of money and won't order them again. A small tender with sauce in a tortilla was not impressive. It was so small that most of it was tortilla, which I didn't appreciate. The fries were OK, nothing special..although the Cole slaw was tasty like I remembered. I'll be back for another sandwich some day.“
“I had been traveling since 5am. Car rental return, flight from FL to Newark, then 3-hour layover, then flight from Newark to Minneapolis. Wife & kids picked me up. We went to chick fil a. It was about 8:30pm central time. I was exhausted. We got into the parking lot and a coach bus was there...Oh no..I said to my wife...park park park, we gotta get in there before that bus full of people. Then I hear the brakes from the bus. ppphhhssshhhh....Oh great....We get in and it's a college girls basketball team. They all got in before us. Great! We are gonna be here for forever.....No problem though. They took the large group, had them all go through one line and allowed the rest of us to go through a seperate line. It took no time at all. My wife and kids and myself enjoyed out food and then got in the car to travel for another 2 hours. Thank you chick fil a for giving us a smart experience. I was exhausted and the last thing I needed was to wait for an entire basketball team to get their food. Great job!“
“Been here several time's, always great food and service, however it was a bit strange after asking for a refill on my lemonade I was told "I have to pay for that" well I was standing in front of the register while the manager and he were discussing closing procedures... first I've been alive since the 8 track and yes common sense I have to pay for that. Thank you to the Manger who just said let him have it. Jesus Christ the trainee on duty could have just rang the transaction through the cash register. Please do not alienate your customers! But thanks again for the lemonade! ❤️??Matthew 12:37 (KJV) For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.“
“I really enjoy the conservative views of Chick-fil-A, and they're delicious chicken. Although I have heard recently that the chicken is not as healthy for you as I was hoping especially coming from a conservative family focused company.“
“Stopped in for a quick lunch. The staff was great and friendly and also had table side service for drink refills. Food came out just like we ordered. It was fresh and hot and quick. Usually always the go-to for a chicken samdwhich, and mac n cheese with the sweet tea! Can't beat it!“
“This place is great! Service is fast and friendly! Great food! The drive-thru is very quick and the staff is kind and helpful.Parking: Large parking lot and adjacent lots are available too. Lots of traffic in the area but easy to navigate.Kid-friendliness: Kids chairs and accommodations, meals, etc.Wheelchair accessibility: Standard accessibility available!“
“I've eaten here more times than I can count. ?Even introduced my sister to them. She can't get enough. My absolute favorite place to eat at the Mall of America. Staff are always friendly. Food is always yummy and well seasoned!! Portions are great for the price. My Go-To are the jerk chicken thighs (bone-in) and red beans & rice. My sister loves the oxtails. Highly recommended“
“He sprinted two blocks so my son doesn't miss out on his sandwich which was in the second bag that we forgot to pick on the drive-thru....he sprinted two blocks... this is the owner-operator of the franchise. What a commitment!! He set an example for my 13 year old son as to what commitment to your customers should be. If this kind of a guy doesn't succeed in his business and life, I don't know who will. If I ever have to buy chic-fil-a, I am only coming to this franchise even if I am in the other part of the town. The example he set for my son today, will feature in my son's assignment on commitment.“
