waited a hour for food, got tired of waiting and left. waste of time. used the excuse too every table being sat around us cooks are flustered, understandable. not understandable why our server told us our food was coming right out, waited another 15 minutes she said the same thing before leaving. its not rocket science too cook food!

Unattended! When arriving asked for a high chair, high chair wasn’t brought to us until 45 min later. Waiter/Manager blue shirt having personal conversations instead of bringing us a high chair. This place near empty lacked prompt service. Food took forever!

We were greeted and seated qucikly for a Sunday morning. Once seated, it took a while before, we were able to get a drink order in. Wasn't too busy when we came but could have been short staffed so understandable. Placed our order, and the food came out quickly. The pancakes were thin and chewy, and the eggs were cold. Ham portions seem like they have gotten smaller, and the prices have increased a lot. After we got our food, our server didn't come around after that, except to drop off the check. For the price and quality off the food is not worth it. Average 15 a plate, for that price i recommend Copperfields or Original Pancake House. Dennys used to be a spot for quick n cheap eats, but now the prices have increased, but the food quality and portions have not.

My daughter and I went to have brunch, server did no bring us utensils or napkins tables were dirty, napkins on the floor and when we ask e for utensils, servers gave us attitude. Miriam the server rushed us to pay because she had to leave and she could not clock out until we paid. The other workers saying bad words to each other, being playful no professionalism. The manager was rude and Miriam the server too. I had been there before but I wanted to try it once again maybe they had a bad day but it happened again so this is their normal behavior. Hopefully the district manager sees and says something , this is an opportunity to grow, train and develop. Better your customer service at this location.
