I'm always in the mood for Panera because the menu is varied enough that there's always something that sounds good -- bagels, soup, salad, sandwiches, pasta, pizza, coffee, cookies , etc. This particular location has quite a bit of both indoor and outdoor seating, a big fireplace, and some larger soft chairs perfect for reading a book or having a quiet chat with a friend. Contactless ordering at one of the kiosks is available, though staff is friendly and willing to help. They must have experienced some theft in the past because you need to present your receipt to get a cup for your fountain beverage upon order pick-up.

The food was great. I had a hard time eating the 1/2 sandwich because the edges of the bread were really chewy. I ordered it from my phone and it was ready 3 minutes after I ordered it. The Cafe is spacious and clean.

I literally visit this location several times during a work week M-F. I order the same thing every time online and walk in to get my order. Half a Napa Chicken Salad sandwich on sourdough with a regular charged lemonade. (Before the recents deaths due to the over consumption of the charged drinks it was self-serve. Now the counter staff has to give it to you). It comes with the tiny bag of chips. I'm not sure if there's suppose to be a pickle because it's hit or miss if I get one. This sandwich is delicious. It seems recently they are putting less of the chicken salad with more lettuce and tomato. All-in all it's a perfect lunch. I often get money off because of their rewards program.

I know this is a new store but the drive through service was horrible! They look like they need more or faster cooks and staff. Then after an hour they got my coffee order wrong! Should have been free!! 5 dollars worth of gas for a five dollar coffee. When I tried to use the other lane to leave the lane went nowhere and I was trapped!! I spoke to the manager about putting orange cones up so people know not to get out of the line!! A nice lady let me in. I spoke to the manager who was very nice.

Yesterday we ordered a Baja Bowl. The avocado was so hard that we couldn't even take a bite of it. We're very disappointed. We would have brought it back if we weren't far from the store.

We love the food but this most recent experience almost cost my mother her job. We ordered lunch and a Tuesday bakers dozen with rapid pickup. It was not rapid. My mother was on her hour lunch break after having run a few errands, and we decided to pick up Panera on the way home. We ordered online and I was sent in to wait. I waited for 30 minutes before my mother ran out of time after overextending her lunch break, only to find that the actual food had been ready almost the entire time, however they decided to withhold it from us to make an entire new batch of bagels, which would take around and hour and 10 minutes. We were told that they thought it would only take 30 minutes so they just had us wait. They didn't communicate this until after the original 30 minutes had passed. We were given our ten dollars back and had to leave without that portion of our order and down 30 minutes of our lives and breaks. Would not recommend this place if you have places to be within the next 2 hours or so.

As a proud member of a marginalized community, I can only congratulate the bravery of the management in this location, forgoing all responsibilities of sanitation and customer satisfaction, to promote our ideology is truly commendable. I salute you, comrade!For example, all employees are obligated to wear our adorned pride shirts, while the coffee is left old and cold.Or better yet, our sacred banner of pride is hanging majestically for all to see, yet old bread, wrappers, and cups are left unattended, as the mountain of trash rises gloriously unseen.These sacrifices must be made to promote our not-so-secret-agenda, while simultaneously undermining the capitalistic system that allowed us to get here.

Unfortunately this location is becoming a disappointment. Always unavailable ingredients and no bread and Now this location management is being stupid by allowing Transgender Flags hang in Drive Thru window I guess their goal is to offend all the Christians & Muslims. Good luck losing customers.

The staff is beyond slow. It takes 15+ minutes to make a single breakfast sandwich and two smoothies, oh and this was via the drive through. Time for robots!
