I usually don't write reviews, but it seems when I walk into any retail restaurant with a large order you can kind of expect employees to roll their eyes or seem annoyed that you have a large order. Eventually you get used to it. I had 3 large subs made today by Braeden (apologies if I got his name wrong). Very disappointed tonight, in fact almost just walked out. An employee was making my sandwich and instead of using a knife to help fold it over, he used his hand... just put it in the sandwich and pulled it out. Thank goodness he had gloves on. But, how unappetizing !!!! I probably should have said something, but didn't at the time. I won't do that again tho!

The staff is always nice and provides great service. It's clean and pretty "empty" most days/times so you don't have a long wait and can eat-in without much noise.
