Worked here for only a couple months a few years, as a side gig for extra spending cash. Coworkers were fine, management expected me to know everything about the sandwiches even though I worked less than 10 hours a week and as delivery, which was not enough to keep up for wear and tear on my OWN vehicle. Minimum wage, I was getting paid MUCH more at my main job.The nail that broke the camel's back for me was when I got a call from my bank saying my paycheck bounced. My PAYCHECK. Supposedly it was eventually figured out, but not before another paycheck bounced to where I started cashing my checks at the grocery stores.They never even mailed my last check either, when I told them I was done. So glad I'm done there, but Jimmy Johns is the last place I would recommend anyone work, much less eat from.

Waited 50 plus minutes on an order 2 days in a row for delivery. I thought it is suppose to be freaky fast. It's location is 5 min away from my work ugh.

I would never be eating at Jimmy John's again. Paid 27.15 for a giant sub chips and a large pop. No one told me that you had to pay for cheese. The pickles aren't even pickles they're more pickles cucumbers. They didn't even look like pickles. The sandwich barely had any ingredients on it.Parking: Need more space for parking especially for handicap

I got sick off the number 13! They need to keep eyes on coolers I spotted one from the drive-thru at 50 °f not good to keep meat and stuff that warm! I threw away the other sub I got because of this ??

I’m giving the service mainly no stars. The kid at the drive threw window was a cocky kid. Wanted to give me a small glass of water with no lid and no ice, also asked if I wanted napkins and acted like it was a problem giving them to me and I told him I never experienced customer service like this and he said well, you got what you wanted didn’t you? And then that was that. Never will go back to this location and I don’t recommend anyone else going here either. If you want something fast and good go to Culver’s or Qudoba in Austin MN. The people that work at Jimmy Johns are rude little kids.

Freaky Slow service! Waited 30 minutes for 3 subs....

Online ordering service has really slipped at this location. Today I ordered a single sandwich for delivery, over the lunch hour. It took over 30 minutes to receive-- my office is about 4 blocks away. None of my customizations were added/removed and I didn't receive the requested mayo packets. In the last couple months this has happened about 99% of the time. There is a customization button for a reason, and it all prints on the receipt.
