“I was in Bemidji for a quick day trip yesterday and wanted to post my experience with this restaurant. It started with a very patient waitress who answered all my allergy questions kindly and promptly and helped me find a delicious burger and side salad that met all my crazy criteria. My kids had yummy meals as well. We were all very pleased. Then I left to my vehicle not starting and went back in for advice on who to contact for help in a town where I didn't know anyone. To my rescue was the manager. I'm not sure how to spell his name, or I certainly would send a special thank you directly to him for all of his help. He truly went above and beyond to help my family get our vehicle going so we could get back home. He showed so much kindness and caring to our situation. Thank you to him & all the staff involved in our evening yesterday. I have a new favorite restaurant in Bemidji. :)”

“Mi Rancho was the best. We've eaten at many Mexican resturants that all seemed to have the same items prepared the same way. Mi Rancho is unique and authentic.”

“Beer was really good. Website (currently under construction) listed several food options. When we got there only available food was pretzels in a container. We could order in but no menus from local places, which would be helpful for out of town customers.”

“The food is excellent. I had jalapeño poppers which were the best I've ever had in my life and I also had "The heater" burger which was also excellent. Everything was made to order and very fresh and high quality beef is used here you can tell by how it tastes. 5 ?. Service was just as excellent and the atmosphere is good it is a bar tavern so keep that in mind if you have small kids. Excellent friendly place.”

“Awesome food and service! Had the hot turkey special. You won’t leave hungry. The bakery is right there to get treats and breakfast too! All very good and priced right!”

“Arguably the best iced latte I’ve had in the area. Staff are efficient, friendly, and everything is consistent! You can order the same drink 100 times, and it’s delicious every time. I also love their breakfast sandwiches. Good size portion for a reasonable price. It’s a weekly stop for me. 💁🏼‍♀️”

Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian but I do love vegetables and they had a very good selection.

Parking: Parking spot out front, on the side and in the rear of the building.

Wheelchair accessibility: I believe the door was accessible, did not pay attention this.”

“The service was phenomenal! Excellent server especially for our large group. I tried the full order of fish and chips. The fish was good but the portion size was very small and I am a person who ALWAYS takes home left overs. I’m not sure what the 1/2 order looks like but I would not recommend given how small the full order was. The other food ordered by our group looked good and everyone said it tasted good. There was another person in our group who ordered the full order of fish and chips and it was the same size so obviously this is what they serve.”

“Pretty decent pizza, we really liked how the crust had a nice crisp bottom but wasn't too thin. The sauce was delicious. Italian sausage and pepperoni were great. Pizza had a good amount of cheese. The waitress greeted us with a warm smile and was very friendly throughout our visit.”

“we went to Sparkling Waters June 7 2022 for my 51st birthday. The servi e was wonderful and inviting. The food was amazing! They have a squash soup that was second to none. We dealt with Logan and his momma. What a beautiful, kind family. Thank you Sparkling Waters for a perfect birthday supper. We've been back for happy hour. Still amazing!”

The apple scone had just the right amount apples, and the icing was just the right sweetness!! The cookie was a large biteful of goodness!!! Make a stop, your taste buds will thank you!!”

“I love this place. I've been coming here since college, so it has a lot of nostalgia for me. But the staff has always been super friendly and awesome and the food is always top notch! I am never disappointed. It has a fun and friendly atmosphere and depending on the night of the week, if you want a quiet dinner with the spouse, come during the week. If you want fun and rowdy, Friday and Saturday nights are great. A great place to watch the football game as well on Sunday afternoons. I love this place! Hidden gem!”

“First time here and I had the Piggy Mango Grinder half sub. It was delicious and I would definitely return for the food. While the sub artist was nice, I didn't feel the warm welcoming customer service that would be expected from a small town, local restaurant. There's definitely room for improvement here to make the experience a 5/5.”

“We were in town for a double header baseball game and had our team call in their individual orders. We were prepared for it to be chaotic, over twenty families called in, but it was perfectly organized and bagged for us when we arrived with NO ERRORS! The coach even said it was “the best Erbs and Gerbs he’s ever had”. A mom said, “it tasted like they made it seconds ago!”. They can certainly handle large orders and if you’re in town-let them take card of you!”

This is what they call a meatloaf dinner and this is what they call a pot roast dinner also! Country Kitchen just sucks now days! Nope they will never get anymore of my money!”

“We always loved going to Dairy Queen when Mike owned it. I have been twice this summer and it just isn't the same. They no longer offer chili dogs or chips, and they don't have fountain soda, only cans. They were out of a lot of ingredients to make stuff. There was one girl taking orders and one girl making things, so I expected the wait to be long. They just didn't seem... happy to see us. When Mike owned it, the workers always said hi and treated you like family. I hope this is just growing pains and things get better.”
