Not sure how this place is still in business!! I was craving onion rings so chose to go here. However I was in an important phone call so I sat away from the drive thru and for that 30 minute call, I watched a total of 6 cars sit and wait for assistance to order. Stood there for like 10 minutes. Employee keeps looking at us and not taking our order. No indication whatsoever that we'd be helped at all so we left. My problem is, one employee was simply standing a the food heater and occasionally filling bags and was mostly idle and could have helped us. Looks like burger king put new computer screen order terminals next to the register so they're ignoring verbal orders if they don't have enough staff. We drove to burger King for lunch cause me my daughter and son were hungry , there was 2 trucks in front of us so we pulled in on the other side of the drive thru as we went over there we waited 40 minutes to order our food. Then the trucks pulled out and we went to the other side to order once they were gone and we waited 15 minutes and we ordered our food and once we pulled up the the side we were waiting for another 15 minutes and we paid for the food and waited 20 minutes...read full review
