They were friendly and all but forgot to ask what size of meal we wanted. Outside of that, the service was good and fast. And the place seemed pretty clean.

Not sure how this place is still in business!! I was craving onion rings so chose to go here. However I was in an important phone call so I sat away from the drive thru and for that 30 minute call, I watched a total of 6 cars sit and wait for assistance to order. They ended up backing up out of the drive thru and left. Once I was off my call, I hesitantly pulled up to the drive thru. Another vehicle pulled up next to me and we both waited 5 minutes. They pulled forward and then I did too. They completely left. I waited another 10 minutes behind another vehicle that was waiting for food or something...a pick up pulled up behind me and 5 minutes later an employee opened the window and told me it was $22. I said "no I didn't get to order; are the speakers not working?" The employee then said "they are working, they're just taking a break from taking orders" so my response was: "ok, I'll go get McDonald's then" he then told me to have a nice night... so I don't think they're in the business for money or customer service...

Stood there for like 10 minutes. Employee keeps looking at us and not taking our order. No indication whatsoever that we'd be helped at all so we left. My problem is, one employee was simply standing a the food heater and occasionally filling bags and was mostly idle and could have helped us. Looks like burger king put new computer screen order terminals next to the register so they're ignoring verbal orders if they don't have enough staff. They could at least put up a sign that their register is down, instead of ignoring us.

Place is trash kids place is broken and a death trap waiting to happen. Dried food on every table. They should put more money into staff and cleaning rather than smart
If they were any slower they would have to speed up to stop.food was almost still frozen the middle , and the staff was rude as hell. Save your money and eat at home.

We drove to burger King for lunch cause me my daughter and son were hungry , there was 2 trucks in front of us so we pulled in on the other side of the drive thru as we went over there we waited 40 minutes to order our food. Then the trucks pulled out and we went to the other side to order once they were gone and we waited 15 minutes and we ordered our food and once we pulled up the the side we were waiting for another 15 minutes and we paid for the food and waited 20 minutes to get our food, once we got our food the food was cold and they got the order wrong. And it tasted disgusting. Poor service and poor food. And there was about 5 workers in there and it took us that long to get cold nasty food.
