So I went up to Arby's and was going to do the mobile order where are you get a free sandwich every week for the month so I added a sandwich and it was about to do the free sandwich but it didn't give me an option to choose the free sandwich so I stood up at the counter was going to ask for help sit there for 5 minutes before she even acknowledged me and then she said what was up she turned her back on me and said to the lady in the kitchen people are placing mobile orders and they're already here the lady in the kitchen rudely said will tell them to leave I have a question I don't see my free sandwich then the lady in the kitchen said anything for free food I would like excuse me what did you say she was like if you don't know how to use it then I can't help you and I was like okay you could have just said that from the beginning without doing it all this extra rude stuff put the mobile order had just been played and then she said she's not taking any more mobile order so I paid for a mobile order and didn't get any food

The staff were rude to me and cussing like crazy rude to me and my girlfriend last night and the one employee was complaining about her job what a nightmare of a night to eat after 8pm on a saturday night.

This is honestly the worst fast food place in Fridley I literally sat there at the window for 25 minutes waiting for my small order and to top it off my order was completely wrong both fries where crinkle not curly

The staff are always so friendly when I go through the drive through. I haven't been inside lately so don't know what that's like. My food is always good, I never have any problems with that. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. I'm spending over 10 bucks for 1 meal so that sucks. But overall I'm very happy with Arby's.

It was an interesting meal, people chatting and filling containers with sauces, dining area could have been cleaner, customer service representatives need to look for customers. Mine was an app. order. I would eat here again.
Despite coming through DT late at night, the drive-thru attendant was very friendly and we could see the steam coming from our meals as we enjoyed them!
