“Took a very long time to receive my order and order was called in 10 min before I arrived to the restaurant. when I walked in my shakes were on the counter, after i announced who i was and received acknowledgement people at the register who were ordering and people who have nor ordered yet received there food before I did. Shakes were not frozen and food seemed to have been sitting for a while and Curly fries were cold. we only eaten half of are meals and threw them away. With out complaining we just left the restaurant. Very frustrating...“
“The staff are always so friendly when I go through the drive through. I haven't been inside lately so don't know what that's like. My food is always good, I never have any problems with that. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. I'm spending over 10 bucks for 1 meal so that sucks. But overall I'm very happy with Arby's.“
“Roast beef and cheddar Sam-ich was great as usual, my boy friend ordered that, i ordered the fish sandwich because it was Lent. Second time ever ordering a fish Sam-ich from Arby's.....I will never ever EVER order one again. First time they put more tarter sauce on the bun then there was fish, disgusting! Second time it was soggy, a TON of tarter sauce again and the actual fish was so thin, the batter was way thicker than the fish itself. My warning to you all, DON'T EVER ORDER THE FISH SAM-ICH!!BUT the employees were nice, restaurant was clean, and my boyfriend beef/cheddar was good. I will be going back but not for a fish sam-ich“
