I get lunch here every week, the staff is always friendly, and the food is consistently good. Would be nice to see the lobby re-open for dine-in though (currently only take-out).

Filthy. Large man dripping sweat down his obviously soiled days old shirt onto the counter my bagel is being prepared by him on. And im pretty certain more than a few drops onto my food.? Menu items look crusty and old. Visited @ approximately 10am on a weekday. Which day I cannot recall I fed my bagels to my dog. Skip this particular Brueggers. P.S. I forgot. Rancid odor permeating every crevice in store.?

Bagels were good! Nice staff :) It took probably 15+ minutes standing in line to get food and they don't have indoor seating available yet... outdoor seating is combined with Starbucks it looked like. I wish they had options available to make it go a little faster inside!

Did not have a mask, asked employee if they have extra, which they should since their employees are required to wear them, employee said no and refused service. Place is rarely ever open. Hours are limited. Selection limited. First time attempting to go there after moving to the area a year ago, I’ll stick with erberts.
