The burgers were pretty good. I only got one piece of bacon. The fries were soggy. The food took a long time.None of the tables were cleaned and the garbages were dirty and overflowing. Employees changed the garbage bags but left the trash on the floor and the ketchup all over the garbage area.I recommend you find another place to eat.

Asked for well done no pink & it came out more medium well. The GF bun is the variety that disintegrates after a few bites but as long as you pickup a knife & fork it's good.Dietary restrictions: I'm GF DF and had no issues afterwards.

At Mall of America. I always get the bison burger which is delicious. Price is reasonable for bison, including fries and a drink. Watch out for the peppers; they are good but hot. Beats Five Guys any time.

Stopped on a Friday afternoon. Food was excellent, and fairly quick. We didn't get his name, but wanted to call out the ONE employee working front of house. POS, waiting tables, bussing tables, and making all the shakes. He did an excellent job.

Burger was just okay at best, I also got a chocolate milkshake and it tasted like half a bottle of hersheys syrup was squeezed into it. Possibly the worst tasting milkshake I’ve ever had.

I had not eaten all day since traveling. And it was one of those days where I knew I needed to eat but didn't know what I wanted. I got a regular burger no cheese with onions and avacado with gluten free bun. No fries. Excellent burger and bun did not fall apart . The bun had a nice toast to it. Nice staff young staff and the counter, very patient and kind with me. Very personable. What a refreshing experience! Thank you ! I would be a regular if I didn't live in California! Sorry no photo I was so hungry I just ate. By the way I give five star when everything for me was perfect. Gluten Free accommodation
Just got done dining in at Burger Burger at Mall of America location. I’ve been here several times, and Nicholas went above and beyond with his service. Me and my wife had a very pleasant experience and will be sure to come back again.

They do not take care of this place. I went to fill up my water cup, the water was empty. Wanted to get some ketchup, they didn't have ketchup cups and there was barely any ketchup in the dispenser. We needed some napkins, those were all empty too. The food is good but our entire order was wrong. They didn't put all of the toppings that we paid for on our food. Not going to come back if a burger place can't handle the task of simply making a burger properly.
