Overall, they met all my expectations. My kids wanted some fast food they recognized, and BK did that for them. They got to have a burger made to their liking and chicken nuggets. They got the order right, the food was hot, and the food was made quickly.I only wish the drink options for the kids meals were easier to see on the menu. Honest Apple Juice tastes watered down, so they did not like it. But the fries, burger, and nuggets were eaten up.Overall, they met all my expectations....read full review

They got my order wrong told me they'd fix it if I came over and then decided to grill me me instead of fixing it. they made me feel very uncomfortable so I just walked away I got a small meal and paid for big meal. enjoy the extra money you bullies I won't be coming here again not with chick fil a right next door.

While driving through and visiting the Mall of America, we thought what better way to scratch the itch for a big mac than with the new impossible Whopper? It came out cold, and I was pretty upset about this, however, I did not let it get me down, as the manager was very accommodating. They re-worked my order, and advised they could not put Provolone on my Whopper which, again, made me sad.
