Drinks are $14 for the smallest glass I’ve ever seen at a restaurant and barely contain alcohol. They must’ve used a dropper for the vodka, pretty sure I paid $14 for a tiny glass of lemonade.

Worst dining experience I have ever been to hands down.1. waiter seemed intoxicated or unwell. Did not introduce himself, was tripping over his own feet while walking, stumbled around while delivering food (saw food being spilled from one plate into the other plate he was carrying) and delivered food to the wrong table multiple times to our table and others around us.2. Failed to clean the table we were sat at (dirty napkins and food debris). Failed to provide us with cutlery or table napkins.3. 2 out of the 6 dishes we ordered were completely different menu items. Attempted to get our servers attention to address the wrong items for over 10 minutes to no avail. No check in during the time we were delivered our food. No water top ups were provided because service was not coming for us to even ask.4. Once the bill came our server over charged us by $13 which we didn't realized until after the payment was processed. The server left before it could be addressed.5. When other tables being served by the same person are asking us if we are all having the same poor experience and are wishing us good luck when their bills are paid you know its bad.This place was not overly busy and you could see and hear other tables having a good time when being served by other team members so that shouldn't be an excuse.If you go here do not stay if your server is Mikey T. Had the Sirloin Salad, sirloin tips didn't have as much pink as I expected but that's fine. Ate there again the next day, short staffed on Monday. Ordered the Grilled Cheese with brisket, that was good as well. Service was ok for being busy, my friends were a little impatient. Good variety - pizza, ribs, salad, wings, pasta, steak, etc. Serve a Carolina Reaper sauce which my hot eating friends said is a little weak. Also serve a hot vinegar sauce with some of the appetizers, that was different.Kid-friendliness: Accommodating for families with children.

After Rainforest Cafe refused to seat us, even though we had a reservation, we walked to Cowboy Jack's and fortunately we were seated right away. Service was prompt and courteous. The food came out pretty quickly and everyone seemed to really enjoy their meals. It was refreshing to visit an establishment that cares about service and quality.
This was my first and last trip to Cowboy Jacks, and oddly it's not because the food was bad. The barbecue chicken sandwich was fantastic as was the kettle chips and chips and queso. Our waiter was even decent. My issue was the fact that there was no mention anywhere of a service up charge for food and drinks. When we got our bill, we saw service charge of 4.5% below everything and below taxes. Being tourists, we had no idea what it was. We called the waiter over and was told it was due to high food costs. At this point we were baffled why it wasn't brought to our attention or put in the menu so we didn't push. We adjusted our tip due to it and left.
