We wanted over 3 yes 3 hours for our pizza... tried to call and we were put on hold for almost 15 min. Finally just went there to get our pizza and the people had to dig to find our pizza order... it was cold when we got it. The people working were super rude as well. Only thing they did was offer to take off the delivery charge OR a free 2 L of soda... worst place ever.
Both our pizzas were not cut thru & definitely should have been in the oven longer because we had to reheat them and cut them ourselves...yeh store #1922 in Bloomington Mn at 427 American Blvd E, Bloomington, MN 55420 that location is horrible and this was me giving them a 2nd chance...they have no customer service skills and i called and waited for some 30 minutes before I hung up and called from another number and then i was told i had reached a call center and I was hung up...read full review
