We love Domino's Pizza, but unfortunately this location doesn't uphold the standards of quality typical of the brand. The thin crust pizzas are often burnt, orders are incorrect, and at times the customer service is subpar.

We wanted over 3 yes 3 hours for our pizza... tried to call and we were put on hold for almost 15 min. Finally just went there to get our pizza and the people had to dig to find our pizza order... it was cold when we got it. The people working were super rude as well. Only thing they did was offer to take off the delivery charge OR a free 2 L of soda... worst place ever.

Both our pizzas were not cut thru & definitely should have been in the oven longer because we had to reheat them and cut them ourselves...yeh store #1922 in Bloomington Mn at 427 American Blvd E, Bloomington, MN 55420 that location is horrible and this was me giving them a 2nd chance...they have no customer service skills and i called and waited for some 30 minutes before I hung up and called from another number and then i was told i had reached a call center and I was hung up on and i swear I heard giggles in the back ground..I was already lied to about a manager being available the first time I had a issue wit this location.. I had to literally drive to the store and get my money back n i gave them the whole pizza back...If I had the option to give 0 stars I surely would have Ive never experienced any of the problems from any other dominos except there. Maybe they'll rethink how they treat people if they close thay MF down & be jobless!? definitely my last time ordering I don't even want a store credit cuz I'd only be able to use it at that store...what's the point?

Yes, I agreed with the above complaints. It's probably the worst service ever experienced. When you call to place an order, they transfer you to the local store! But it's many local stores.The store always answers after 20-30 min wait, "Thank you for calling Domino's, WE'LL CALL YOU BACK!"HOW!? You don't have my name or number. We ordered cinnamon twists and paid for extra icing. I just wanted them to explain to me how we can eat these cinnamon Twist with garlic flavor dipping sauce instead of icing. These cinnamon twists should automatically come with icing. I have no idea how anyone could even make this mistake!

Horrible customer service. The place is built out by the airport so one would assume that they are familiar with the hotel names, locations etc. Instead this must be a training ground for 2nd graders to run a pizza business. They are rude and over the top stupid. I'm forwarding my complaint to the corporate dominoes so they can see just how little the local dominoes employees care about the reputation they have in Minnesota. All time worst phone facilitators EVER!!!!!WORSE THAN CANCER!

I ordered my pizza at 11:08, said on the app that it'd take 7-24 minutes and my pizza came at 12:34am and it was cold and my ranch and drink was missing. I called the restaurant to see maybe if I could get a refund for my drink/ranch and and the guy on the phone was so irritated and had me on hold for at least 10 minutes until I finally hung up bc it was too ridiculous to say on hold of that long. Seriously do not recommend.

I ordered food delivery. They take my money i i did not get my food. When i call them they said it has been cancelled. They did not give my money back and when i call them again and again they dont pick up. Disgusting placce.

Still waiting on order 2 hours later. It's been in "quality check" for an hour. No one answers the phone.We did recieve our order like 3 hours after placed. No one still has answered the phone to discuss this! Also food was old and stale when recieved it and the delivery drive was too lazy to come up to deliver our order (like requested in order), he called and we had to go down to hotel lobby late at night . What a joke this place is. Will never order from dominos again.Another update: almost 3 weeks later and I have yet to receive a call back from this store or corporate. Not surprised, pathetic.
