I ordered ahead - because I have only 30 minutes to eat for my break. I ordered 15 minutes ahead of the time I was going to go there. They had ZERO idea about my order and what made this unexceptable because before this part.. eh mistakes happen, sure. But instead of clueing me in as to what is happening.... they said nothing and proceeded to call next to 5 more people before I saw someone start my order.Don't offer order ahead if you can't hang with it.

The chicken tenders and biscuit were great. The strawberry lemonade was actually warm near hot and they added ice and I had to shake it up to cool it down and melt some ice. Mac and cheese was awful.
The chicken was raw today. Not badly but still pink.

Not only was the food horrible a local grocery store could make it better and for half the price but the worst part is later that night when I got home I got the pleasant suprise of food poisoning.The people there were serving chicken that had been sitting out in a warmer. Terrible

Wow…Louisiana fast, more like Louisiana trash. Small bitter tough nuggets. Why?!? Why do you hate food so much?!? Those fries are so soggy I thought they misheard me and ordered red beans and mush!!! The greatest insult of all was how bland it all was! #Hatethatchicken.

Rice and beans SOUP. MAC AND CHEESE SOUP. Mini chicken nuggets everything tasted off. 22 dollars for a meal that didn't even taste like Popeyes, it tasted liked school lunch.. Popeyes do better . Especially when ur located in the mall of AMERICA.
