“Hi I have been a customer at this coffee shop for years!!!!! I honestly have never had a girl be so rude to me. I drink coffee all over this state, order from other roasteries around the US to compare. I’m not uneducated when it comes to coffee. So when some girl behind the counter tells me she is going to charge me for NOT getting ice in a nitro cold brew and then proceeded to tell ME I’m not at Starbucks-are you kidding me! Little girl read on why we don’t put ice in NITRO and please send her to a customer service class! I believe in going to a business that is not a huge corporation and giving my money to small businesses! So I will tell you if you keep up that kind of service you will not fair well! Thank you. “I'm a biscuits and gravy fiend, and this place helps me get my fix. Any time I get the hankering for breakfast while I'm working in Baxter/Brainerd, The Skillet is at the top of my list. It's family run and the waitresses are always very friendly. Typical diner is on the menu but is done well. There is limited seating and sometimes can be very crowded, but service is quick. Plenty of parking can be found behind the building.“
