“We have our usual spots for breakfast, Kay's Kitchen, Jimmy's Pour House and Park Diner. But none of them are our favorite. We really liked Kay's Diner when it was in the mall over by Dunkin' but it is gone. So, this morning we had some time before work and decided to grab brunch, We both wanted breakfast but we wanted something different. After a little googling we stumbled upon Bridget's and I am so glad we did. I can't believe I never knew this place was back there. The service was great! The waitress was very attentive, always had a smile. It was very welcoming. The food was awesome. I got the Chicken Fried Steak and it was perfect! It tasted hand breaded, not frozen. my hash browns had that perfect crispiness and the toast perfectly buttered. My partner got the ham and egg omelette. It also was very good. He said the hash browns were exactly how he liked them. The serving we got were perfect as well, so good that I can't review the pancakes as they're currently in the fridge due to being to full! Ambiance was nice, it gave a diner feel which is what you want! Very open and well lit. All in all, I would go back and plan to take others! Highly recommend.“
“Nice place to stop for a treat after a long drive. The employee behind the counter was very helpful and explained everything they had in the display case. They recommended we try the half and half beverage which is half tea and half coffee. It was delicious! It has a flavour that's similar to chai and was nice and foamy around the top. The mandazi was tasty too and it's like a more airy version of frybread. The beef sambusa was flavourful as well.“
“Abdi was a true gentleman and somewhat of a community icon, was good to be in his presence and enjoy his food full of flavor. Convenient location near downtown I grabbed it to go and ate along the river. Would definitely recommend this place“
“The staff really go above and beyond! I had the unfortunate luck of experiencing my car die in the middle of their drive thru during this cold spurt and heavy snow. I was so embarrassed but the staff immediately put together a quick plan to help. We got the car pushed out of the way and tried jumping it. Sadly for my car it seems like there's a bigher issue, but the staff were amazing and with no hesitation to help! I'm very thankful and appreciative of them on this cold morning!“
“Great atmosphere to sit and relax or hangout with friends. Great customer service, when I ordered a drink and did not like it when I tried it, they remade me a new one. Overall, great shakes and teas if you’re looking for that boost in the gym!“
