One of the older, Hispanic Starbucks employee, I believe is one of the manager. She was very rude, somewhat throwing an attitude. She seems to be irritated at her customers which makes the atmosphere here intimidating! She handed the drinks with an attitude as well. Probably my worst experience from Starbucks so far.
Me and my friends come here for our morning coffee before class at NHCC several times a week since its close and the baristas are usually sweet except the fat older lady. She’s rolling her eyes, slamming the cash register, always annoyed. Idk if shes the manager or something for her to think she can treat customers that way but she makes our experience bad and ruins our day. When we see her we know we’re gonna get bad service.
