Unfortunately, I was provided with the wrong order but it was packaged with a sticker that had the correct information on it which made it appear as the right order. It was disappointing. I tried to call them to let them know about their mistake but the phone number listed is from when they were located inside Hy-Vee. Quite annoying.
Drinks are made inconsistently, seems they are always out of stock of something, haven't been able to take credit/debit payments through the app in a long time... The service is typically pretty slow as well. I have sat in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes several times before. Employees are very friendly though, and I never have issues with customer service.

I had a great experience at this location. Best times are early morning or late afternoons when they're not so cramped. What could be fixed is the stars problem and sometimes I can't scan my app when other locations can. Other than that, decent location. Friendly staff.
