I believe that everyone’s deserve a good tip when they are doing their job but when I def do not tip is when they being rude thinking it’s okay to be lazy at your job throwing the food aggressively on the table cause you already tip yourself, that is crazy.

I order pickup as this place is near my work. And as I’m eating the pho I always utter obscenities of utter satisfaction. I’ve had it 3 times now and each time it hits the spot and makes me happy. I don’t usually leave reviews and after having bad pho at a different Vietnamese restaurant, I appreciate fresh ingredients and quality food. You won’t be disappointed.

Service was slow. Server didn’t come back to see if we wanted refills of our beverages. They also brought our appetizer but no silverware. Main courses are what I would describe as average.Parking: Parking immediately in front of the building.

We went as a group of 10+ on Labor Day and they managed it well. There was also a lot of people there as well. Food and customer service was great! One of the best pho in town!

15% service charge for 2 people who order 3 dishes the restaurant is ridiculous. The Foods was good not great and service was normal as all Vietnamese restaurants. Me and my wife order 3 dishes; pork fried rice, chicken pad thai and 1 xl pho. The price was reasonable for the portion. We got charged for 15% service charge. All the server do was take our order and bring us the foods. He didn't serve us for hours or anything it's not a bar. A good value dinner turn sour. It's feel wrong. Thanh Vi should just increase their price instead doing these bogus fees. Thai Fusion is just 3 doors away. Their foods are a lot better and no hidden fees.

The service was terrible. The server just pointed to where I should sit. Came to get my order and that was the last I saw of her. No water refill, no checking if things are good or if I needed anything. Nothing. There were four tables with customers, wasn't bz at all. At the end I just went up to the front and paid.
