My coworker only wanted shrimp. No fries, they charged him for the combo. They rang him up, and when he only got the shrimp he wanted, I asked for the fries, and they said no, that he didn't want them, so they won't give me the fries weird people horrible service. And all they do is stare.

Listen up neighbors! You aren't going to believe this one! My husband had oral surgery this morning and on the way home we stopped at Dairy Queen on county road 42 in Burnsville to get a banana shake. They couldn't make the banana shake (now get this) because they were out of milk? When asked the gal why would Dairy Queen run out of milk she said that they had been out of it for over a week because the manager was in Arizona on vacation and so they had no way of getting it. asked her why someone didn't walk across the street to the gas station and get a gallon of it so that Dairy Queen could run their business?? She said: "'no we can't do that we have to go through the legal process"????? sarcastically said would you like me to go get some milk for you and she thought was serious and said "oh would hate to ask you to do that but that would be so nice'.... My husband and sat speechless in the car and couldn't speak for a few seconds because we were both in shock. Was this the most crazy thing you've ever heard or am being ridiculous? don't think the owner of Dairy Queen on 42 would be too happy to know all the business that he has probably lost because they didn't have a couple gallons of milk for a week!! Unbelievable!

Rudest staff ever. Basically laughed at me because I told them my ice cream had a chemical taste and that if I wanted another blizzard I would need to pay for it, while giggling amongst eachother. Sorry I’ve inconvenienced this store with my ice cream order. The manager was extremely happy to tell me NO AND TOO BAD. Beware I’m wondering if some chemicals spilled in their ice cream machine or they did not clean it properly. Please get better staff. Those “women” were not customer service friendly.

dog shit customer service. ordered 2 flamethrowers, a shake, a icee and 2 blizzards. didn't receive the blizzards when asked about the blizzards were told that we were in the wrong for not talking loud enough although I had to repeat the order 3 times for them to catch it. this is not the first time this has been done there and more probably not the last. hire more professional people next time.
