I stopped by this food truck on a Saturday evening. Was not busy, and despite the location of the food truck, I felt safe and was able to wait in my car for the food. The food was made to order and took less than 15 min to be ready. They will let you know when the food is ready. This was one of the most authentic Mexican food I have ever tried!
