Go for Taco Tuesday! I also like the Super Espada, it's like the Machette at Taco Libre. I really appreciate the Big bowl of hot chilis you can scoop up.

Really good food, especially the tinga de Pollo tacos or la Espada. You could actually order a Espada half tinga de Pollo and half carne asada!! ?Las salsas are really good the green one and the orange one, careful they are about an 8 in spicy level.

I usually get my Mexican food from the local taco trucks that dot the Burnsville area. Although I've never been disappointed I thought I would give EL Super Taco a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food is! The BEST authentic Mexican food/Restaurant I have ever been to. The service is outstanding, the atmosphere great! I go several times a week now.I highly recommend the Quesadilla!

I thought, "It's just gonna be another strip mall taco joint." Boy was I wrong!! Why there's not a line down the sidewalk to get in to this place, I don't know. The best tacos I've had in the cities... maybe ever.

Stopped by here while working today and the food was delicious. Prices are reasonable and portions are great. The interior of the restaurant is nothing special and I had to wipe down the table and chair before I could sit but whatever. Perfect place for lunch or to go, wouldn't bring my family for a sit down dinner though.

I’ve ordered takeout twice now and it’s always been ready & warm when I get there. Food is great!!! I just moved from CA and been looking for a good spot. This place has some of the best vegetarian burritos I’ve had! And the elote was so spiecy and flavorful! Will be coming back :)
