I usually get my Mexican food from the local taco trucks that dot the Burnsville area. Although I've never been disappointed I thought I would give EL Super Taco a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food is! The BEST authentic Mexican food/Restaurant I have ever been to. The service is outstanding, the atmosphere great! I go several times a week now.I highly recommend the Quesadilla!
I thought, "It's just gonna be another strip mall taco joint." Boy was I wrong!! Why there's not a line down the sidewalk to get in to this place, I don't know. The best tacos I've had in the cities... maybe ever.

Really good food, especially the tinga de Pollo tacos or la Espada. You could actually order a Espada half tinga de Pollo and half carne asada!! ?Las salsas are really good the green one and the orange one, careful they are about an 8 in spicy level.
