This is the best al pastor I’ve had in Minnesota, hands down. All the food is delicious, and the owners are very humble and nice. If you’re ever around this place, you have to try it.

I stopped by this food truck on a Saturday evening. Was not busy, and despite the location of the food truck, I felt safe and was able to wait in my car for the food. The food was made to order and took less than 15 min to be ready. They will let you know when the food is ready. This was one of the most authentic Mexican food I have ever tried! I got the Quesabirria (comes as 2) and one taco. The meat and flavors in both meals were so delicious. Ive been craving them both and will probably stop by again when I am in the area next. Just a side note, the Quesabirria were very spicy (but still delicious and appetizing), so just a fair warning to those who are sensitive :) Also, there are not very many vegetarian options if you are looking for that.Parking: Parking is located on one side of the gas station. There might be limited parking when you arrive, depending on how busy the food truck or the gas station is. I arrived on a Saturday evening around dinner time, and there were visibly 1-2 open parking spaces, with people coming and going.

By far, thee best al pastor I’ve had in the twin cities. I cannot find another spot like it. My husband and I will drive 30 minutes just to come have some tacos together. Highly recommend!!
