I made the mistake of attempting to pick up my order that I made through the app through the drive through.The wait time was over 20 minutes. Just sitting there. Are they making the food from scratch here?Some feedback could be that when you have orders that take a long time, you want to have overflow parking or a way out of the line. I was not able to leave because I was boxed in. A number system like Culver's could be a good starting point if you need ideas.
I’ve only been here twice and was disappointed both times (both times were through the drive-thru )first time I ordered a bigger plate and they Forgot one of my meats. Didn’t notice it until I got home it’s was almost closing time so I didn’t bother to go back and complain. Today after waiting 10 min or so order was messed up and the portions were ridiculously small!!! I've seen the chefs make the food at other locations! This food is also really really good! I love the people there, and even though this is such a new store the people there already make it such a great place! I love how hard they are trying and with how busy they are all day I'm really impressed with how clean it stays and how accomodating the staff are.
